Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open those completing the survey, who are resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

2. Entries must be submitted via survey monkey and a valid email address input to enable the successful winner to be contacted. On contact, the successful winner will need to provide their postal address for the prize to be sent.

3. The prize draw will close on Saturday 31^st July at midnight GMT and entries after this point will not be accepted. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Saturday 31^st July 2021.

4. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. 

5. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email within five days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Prize Provider and the Promoter.

7. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.

8. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
